Advisors who have operated in the sector.
Bergamot Industrial Advisory was founded on the conviction that industrial businesses deserve advisors with direct operating experience — not just analytical frameworks.

Built from the inside out.
Bergamot Industrial Advisory was established by a group of former industrial operators, engineers, and investment professionals who saw a consistent gap in the advisory market: firms with strong analytical capability but limited hands-on sector experience.
We built Bergamot to be different. Every engagement is led by advisors who have held operational or commercial roles in the industries we serve —oil & gas, chemical, mining, energy, manufacturing.
That experience shapes how we work. We ask different questions, identify risks that others miss and deliver recommendations that are grounded in operational reality.
Principles that guide every engagement.
Sector depth
We only advise in sectors where we have direct operating experience. That boundary keeps our work grounded and our advice credible.
Intellectual honesty
We tell clients what we actually think — including when the answer is not what they hoped to hear. Our value depends on it.
Proportionate engagement
We size our teams and scope our work to what the situation actually requires. No unnecessary complexity, no inflated deliverables.
Long-term relationships
Most of our work comes from clients who have worked with us before. We build relationships by delivering results, not by managing perceptions.
